Next Sarah Stevenson Inspires Workshop - 8th January 2012

Hello everyone,
Just a quick reminder that the next Session is on 8th January 2012 in place of the one that got cancelled earlier in the year.
Registration is at 9.30am ready to start at 10am approx, finishing approx 3.15pm. Please don't forget to bring a packed lunch, all your equipment equipment, please bring extra pads and gum shield is required.

Hello everyone,
Just a quick message to tell you about the new blog and how it's going to work.
Because you all live so far away from each other and we don't always get the opportunity to chat, I thought it would be a great idea to have a blog so that you could keep me updated with your progress and tell the rest of the taekwondo community what you've been up to.
